  • Yeah bro! I'm thinking the same like yours .. But i'm baffled with the others saying that Unbound Packets is more better to redeem than the Refine Runes, and in this event, they are in the same event so .. I wanna know or hear opinions about this .. maybe we'll learn something new :D

yes unbound runes don't cost alot but you dont get the same power and to use unbound runes you need the other item to open a new level if you fully cultivated the summon for rank 1 ( or earth,fire etc) . its your choice in the end but im in a new server 2 months old and have refines lv 5 still so i prefer upgrading this.
