  It's a 7 days event (I think or 1 month i dont remember) to teach new players how to set up team and to know ninja basically.

  As Luka said.

  It doesn't count what your main does, other than "number of hits" missions.

  You need to find another ninja, probably kakashi to do that mission.

  ADD: Get 3* Sasuke asap. he can do all missions and he's good early game.
