I can only say what I use for jigokudo and shurado since I only really use them mostly. but I have +ninjustsu -defence for jigokudo and + attack - ninjustu for shurado but thats not really the "best mood" for him it works but meh

I'd say just take a look at their growth rates. I only got Ningendo and Tendo so here they are: Tendo +Nin -Def / Ningendo +Hp -Res
