U won't complete your pokedex without $$$ though.

Like some Pokemons they need "trade link" to evolve.

Only one ninja that i bought with cps and regretted was Edo Haku. He was on 40% off from Treasure Sage event.

I know it's just 2k cps something. I never used him once and regretted it. i should have bought cloth instead T_T. I would at least have close to half of School Uniform :(
