At you level and with the ninja you have, this maybe the best you can make now.

When you upgrade sasuke to 3 star and unlock his barrier, switch your main and sasuke position.

Only 10-hit chase works on nine tail, so try to keep ninja who can do so.

As a lightning main, keep farming sasuke frags everyday, you will want to use him for nine tail for a long time due to his barrier. Later on, replace others with ninja like Guy, Iruka, Kakashi and so on.

I would probably go 31332 unless you cannot use the first talent, then i would go 11332. There are lots of build out there tho so there is never just one good build. Play around with it XD
