Her combo is good when you have lightning tiger summon.

Same here..she doesnt necessarily start for me too...maybe her base combo stat might be good and players normally using water meta try to put all their higher level combo runes stones on tenten so she starts combo.

Well based on arena, she rarely combos. If you want god tier combo, then mei would do the job

I'm pretty sure you want her to do combo, you have to create a team that matched with her chase. I have seen her with combo while in Sage Battlefield with players and she's literally the definition of over-power.
