[ Bugs ] Black/Gray Screen

I am encountering a black/gray screen when I'm using Mozilla Firefox. I have uninstalled then reinstall Mozilla Firefox, uninstall and reinstall Flash Player, cleared cache/browser history. I have tried it via chrome and internet explorer it works perfectly fine but with Mozilla Firefox it will load to 60% then it goes to the black/gray screen. I have attached the screenshot. Hoping for assistance. Thanks :) Reply

I also tried the mini client, uninstalled and reinstalled the mini client. Uninstalled and reinstalled flash player but still getting the same issue black screen and stuck on what's showing on the screen shot i have posted

Hey

That's unusual. But it usually stems from a corrupt flash install. Have you tried uninstalling it completely with a fresh install?

i have the same problem. i reinstalled chrome, flash player and client and the issue still remains

i did re instal the flash to, all my browser stuck in 1%

Opera, Chrome, also miniclient stuck on 1% loading -_-
