Hi!

I am encountering a black/gray screen when I'm using Mozilla Firefox. I have uninstalled then reinstall Mozilla Firefox, uninstall and reinstall Flash Player, cleared cache/browser history. I have tried it via chrome and internet explorer it works perfectly fine but with Mozilla Firefox it will load to 60% then it goes to the black/gray screen. I have attached the screenshot. Hoping for assistance. Thanks :)
