I have been using an Iruka Lineup with Azure Fang in Arena and Plot/Elite for awhile now that has worked exceptionally well; even defeating a number of super rare ninja lineups.

hard to think about one that actually works, but maybe this one could be what you are looking for (but is pretty whalish XD):

talents: xy3z2, summon: kirin.

x can be either 2 or 3, y can be either 2 or 3 too, but at least one of the two has to be an healing, z can be both 1 or 2.

if you use shark bomb you could even move azure fang in 2nd prompt move, just behind itachi and mei behind azure fang in 2nd line.
