The rest of what you said are pretty meaningless. Speed is almost never an issue in this day and age. Stability and compatibility are the problems, and none of what you said provide and credence to whether your network is stable or compatible.

There are many UK server, from the lack of floods of complaint, it does not sound like a generic problem that impacts all of them. So you probably want to supply your server number.
