You can try Empress Build, its popular around 55-70lv.

You don't necessarily need to have Karin to complete Empress. It's generalized to using all female ninjas with the talents 23112, to shield all female ninjas and take advantage of their presence to boost Breeze Dancer's Ninjutsu.
