Because all the lightning teams I've seen running this lineup aren't using root, I've been ripping through them as a wind main by blinding them round 1 which essentially negates all their damage, and then mopping up round 2 with sage naruto. On the other hand, I can't touch the water main teams, and no one I know has a found a good answer to it (besides hard light blitz), so I would have to say the water team is better overall, despite losing directly to the lightning team.
Even with hard blitz, as long they have han, masked man or even hinata in that team of theirs. The light main blitz will lose all the damage they can do.

That water team can easily beat by han, jonin minato, masked man, fire main with king of hell team. And even they won't stand a chance if han is replaced by itachi susanoo
So,you have to spend a large sum of money just to beat that team? Shouldn't there be any other teams that are cheaper to use? Wouldn't it be better to use roshi instead of han?
