Short answer:not going to happen....Germany doesn't have it...China doesn't have it

Water teams with s.sakura are way broken(0 chakara heal+ debuff remove) ....also considering SB's leech is not good things balance out. Only people who will be affected is people running water cancer teams with poison. There are couple of ninjas to counter this and LM+Wind can counter this easily.
