I've been doing it for the past three days and 60 everyday. All you need to do is the first time you see a colour such as red then match it with the red. Then refresh with the free refresh and hope you get a colour besides red to match. The next colour and it doesn't match, don't refresh since it uses candies and you need the max amount of candies you can get from stamina to get 60. Just look back every 3 minutes until you lit up all the pumpkins.
