You should only do pulls during rebate event, and to get max rebate you should do 300 at once (not necessarily in same treasure, so 200 or so in one to get the super rare then 100 into another. The next time you have 300 to burn in rebate, put another 100 in that second treasure to get that one and then 200 into a 3rd and so on)
