i need some help leveling up to level 20 im level 19 and ive done all my quest except i can not get to my next quest and ive gotten to 23 in the ninja exam and i havent leveled up still how am i supposed to level up ive strengthened my equipment all the way and still havent leveled up do you have any advice for me to get to level 20. .
