It should be arrive at least 2018. Once it arrives in Germany, then we can track when it can come to our server (NY, LA, UK, HK). We should expect 4.0 soon since Germany got it two weeks ago and we get their updates about 1-2 months after.

When he meant by long ago he meant the majority of players in older servers had enough to get roshi and/or han since they were able to stockpile seal scrolls and are patiently waiting for GNW. Roshi and Han were released in June/July so if you started no later than May at most, find a lineup that can on average beat meta lineups you typically see at least then save for GNW. GNW won't take that long to come since the longest time between treasures has been about 3-4 months.

Lineups with farm-able ninjas in lineups are very poor against the current meta teams. Note: skillbooks kurenai is good and the only teams I've seen in China would with roshi or 3rd raikage/4th raikage. Unfortunately, you need to spend some seals first on Jin treasures or kage before you even think of saving for gnw so you don't lose interest if you don't have a team that don't work. You started playing this game late so you have to catch up a little to enjoy playing the game while waiting for GNW. The only ninjas you have that are technically premium in the meta are sailor and masked. GNW tenten is too common to be technically called premium and requires mei and mabui to be a strong lineup. Depending on which class you want to play, you might want to go after roshi and/or han and one auto-barrier ninja from kage before you think about saving. Keep in mind, the estimate time for GNW is just my estimate based on how many months in between treasure releases.
