I watched 4 different youtube videos from various ppl drawing 210 seals in the new lightning treasure, 3 of them got their first rare in 40 pulls (one from germany i think got it from 30) the next rare will come in the next 60/70 (in both cases you have 2 rares at 100 pulls total) the 3rd rare comes out after another 60/70 and in all 4 videos ay 3rd comes out at exactly 210 seals.
There are 6 uncommon 10 pull ninjas, all 2 stars except kakashi [beheading sword] which is 3 stars, this is the full list:
Uncommon: (10 seals)
- Temari GNW 2*
- Sai GNW 2*
- Hinata GNW 2*
- Kankuro GNW 2*
- Ten Ten GNW 2*
- Kakashi [Beheading Sword] 3*
Rare: (40-70 seals)
- Omoi 3*
- Samui 3*
Super rare: (210 seals)
- Ay 3rd 3*

If you reached the guaranteed rare counter without pulling a rare, then yes, you are guaranteed a non-dupe. If you are "lucky" enough to draw a rare early through rng, before the counter fills, then there is no dupe protection. The counter is 60 for jin 1, 80 for jin 2. I don't know the counter number for cloud.
so we're guranteed a rare in jin 1 at 60 scrolls? Because I got my first jin 1 rare at 70.
