Best way to improve your skills is just... keeping on drawing. Trying new styles and new things to draw, being observant about everything around you and other people's work, learning usefull tips about it from various tutorials etc. But first of all- training your skills. The more you draw- the better you become, so- grabb a pencil and let it swing :D If you like drawing- then do so, as often as you can, even if it would be just a simple and silly doodle
