    I just wanna know if 8k it's enough to get Minato Jonin in this event or it's more rng then others and better try on this or lucky board? i'm not p2w but not either f2p

like past editions, it is likely to be rng based. if you want minato get him now in fateful choice, with some luck, you may get him for 8k. (average is 11k)
