To an extent you are right however Bladexkiller isn't wrong. Yes Oasis doesn't develop any skill books for ninjas (at least we don't believe they have the ability to do so) and just uses what Tencent has released but they do have a say in the order of game updates (at least to some extent) so we could have had other Ninjas instead of those.
Having said that I was pretty sure we had some official discussion in the forums about which ninjas we wanted released next for the skill breakthrough feature, memory often fails me though

You launch decent events and then on the Monday, today, every single person that had recharged since Thursday (myself included) hates you again. Well done you're just bound to be crap till the end of time, or yourselves. Did you really think we were gonna recharge again? pfft by the way when are you going to ban these noobs going around spamming everyone? Nah bet if you don't have time to let us know about the coming events then ofc you don't have time to bad players who have been reported several times by several players.
