DP Hidan is a ninja that I been wanting since I started out. Now, he is in this event called Shinobi Feast where you get a spin per every 100 ingots you recharge (Already recharged 2500) and didnt get him in 25 spins.... (You get 80 Frags from him)

Anyone have gotten him thru this event yet? and if so, how many time did you spin to get him?

if this is not a good event to get hidan then, What is the cheapest event to get DP Hidan so I can save my coupons/ingots?
