Well dang...you don't have Jigokudo or Shurado? Anyways here's a basic effective team:

Top:Konan - Ningendo - X

Middle:Gakido - Ao - X

or set it up like this:

Middle:X - Ao - X

Bottom:Gakido - Konan - Ningendo

I set mine up like that because most players with Tendo pair it with Mabui & Naruto/WB Asuma, and usually they place Mabui/Naruto at the bottom front. That set up basically shuts them down and reject them from gaining chakra for Tendo's mystery. Don't know about your server though, might be different.

If you get Shurado great, replace Konan with Shurado. If you get Jigokudo, even better, replace Konan with Jigokudo. (I prefer Ao better than Shurado just 'cause of the clones for minor protection).

Edit: Just realized no one chases lowfloat so Ningendo's standard serves no purpose. Really should get Shurado or Jigokudo if you can. Instead of Konan, use Temari Conference for the lowfloater.

Middle: Breeze Dancer - Gaara [Kazekage] - X

Bottom: Mabui - Naruto [Sage Mode] - X

Talents: 3 - 2 - 4 - 3 - 4 - Serpent

Cons: Reflection, prone to debuffs.

Top: X - X - Roshi

Middle: Kushina - Kimmimaro - X

Bottom: Killer Bee [Seven Swords Style] - X - X

or switch Kushina with Sailor Sakura, got the heals but no immobile.
