IF you have this ninjas then you might stand a chance, Kushina must be 3*(Note: this will work if you dont make mistakes)

Firemain Immobile is good against higher initiative opponents, I use this team against countless fancy ninjas in ranked arena like, Han-Roshi-Sailor teams, Masked man, Minato teams, Susano Itachi teams, Mei Mabui 1010 gnw teams. Immobile your opponents 1st position ninjas after thier standard so that means your are guaranteed to go first.

So in your case I assume at round 1 Masked Man will use his mystery on the firemain but the status transfer will negate it, Gaara pops the barrier, let him pop it and then after minato's standard use your immobile on him making sure he will be controlled at round 2, Use Yo on Kushina. At round 2, Use Roshi mystery, break that barrier and target the windmain to get her immobiled. At round 3 Minato will be using his Mystery but since there is no barrier the damage would be weak, Be wary on the windmain's impetus, if you see that your combo and kushina mystery damage is enough to kill the wind main then do it, but if not you gotta interrupt that Impetus if you fail to do so you already lost the battle.

Many Players underestimate Kushina, Her standards hits like a truck and is always stable and cannot be evaded and it followed by her immobile chase, on top of that she pops tanky meatshields every round. This team is Immune
