I would like to ask someone who has played in servers where the Hidden Cloud treasure is available. Are Samui and Omoi considered as commons (10 draw)? Or rares (60 draws)? Since this article https://luckgamers.wordpress.com/2017/05/14/naruto-online-ninja-treasures/ says they can be obtained within 10 pulls.

I get it they come as 3 star ninjas (as you can see in the Ninja interface).

Also, I'm trying to save up seal scroll on a new server atm. How long will it take for them to release that treasure? Is it worth saving seals for it, or just use them on Five Kage treasure when I get to level 70? I've quit my old server after it became a ghost town + failing to get Mei after 3 kage ninja pulls.
