These have been the cheapest refines ever released for time limited ninja recruitment. About 12-14 per refine which makes it about 50 percent off which is insane. Sailor Sakura is good ninja, only if you have the right team for it, (cancer). But I highly suggest you do medium refines. Initiative can help you win matches regardless of power or ninjas.
