1＃ Go ToI have 2 accounts the events won't even appear on despite meeting the level requirements. a level 37 not having Daily Special or Lucky Stars and a level 50 not having Lucky Stars, Daily Special or Sakura's Gift on an old server so I don't know what the issue is on s1 here.
If this issue can be resolved in a timely manner it would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Sakura requires lv 40, so the 37 not having it would be normal.
No idea about the others (and according to screenshot, both of them don't have sakura). I won't be surprised if they got the minimal level wrong thou.... Won't hurt to go through the motion of clearing cache and reload thou.

Did that and how do you explain not having an event that requires lv 10 to open? Also pretty I never mentioned Sakura's gift for the level 37 only for the lv 50 account.

I have the same issue. One account is level 64, and that one can see all events. The other account is level 59 and can't see the lucky stars wheel or Sakura's Gift event at all... This is on S750 Pose of Duel.
Really annoying to miss out on two events (that are the most f2p this week) because of a bug. :(
Edit: Two others in my group have the same problem, they're also level 55+.
