My advise would be to wait for gnw treasure and collect 800-100 seals for madara or kurama naruto (trust me they are worth it) I myself can make the current me
ta teams like Han roshi water main etc easily but I am skipping jinchuriki 2 and cloud because most of the ''rares'' in those treasures will be commons in gnw and that's where the real me ta game will start. -

tas will be made more or less by mb cloud blitz or bee, roshi dpb hidan, sb itachi susano, masked man, onoki/mei/danzo, bd or cf with kushina, six tails naruto, hashirama, bd with minato, masked man, gaara, cf with roshi, hashirama, gakido, af with triple healing hokage tsunade or with han roshi sailor sakura. (I am not talking about arena, just common lineups outside it). so, or you do as ryurial said or you just stack for gnw treasure.
Some of the teams are not even me
ta, me ta is something that's really effective and has a somewhat affordable price. Teams like kage tsunade with S sakura af are the p2w whale category, the same with S itachi teams. me ta teams are Han/roshi S sakura and Masked man teams. I mean 5k$ for an itachi ''me ta'' team might as well call it p2w. -
