First of all as you Said we have some months away till we get the Great Ninja War Treasure... although we didnt get yet Cloud one so it might take longer than you think or the other's are saying.. My advice is, if you can afford easy seal scrolls then you can jump and take roshi for the future.. if you have high power you can as well make it very good with him in the future.. If you are totally free to play and you dont think that you will spend for this game, then i will tell you get Han now and make some of the usual teams with water main ( they can do very very good in SWB as they need totally controlled so they can be beaten). My advice is now from Kage you wont need anyone else pretty much except Bee or Ay ( for the future). Thats my opinion.. now its up to you... i know its tempting to draw those scrolls but think about it very good.. if you are getting a lot of seal scrolls then why not.. Maybe i would save until Great ninja war to grab those swordsmen and ofc Madara or Naruto!!!
