I dont get the last sentence, so if my skills level are higher than the group lvl i am joining, they will be ineffective ?

Until your new group levels up to the level of your previous group, your group skills will be ineffective.

Example: If my highest group skill is at 30 and I leave and join a group with the max skill level allowed is 25, my skills will be inactive until the group levels up to incorporate level 30 max skills.

So, lets say my Taijutsu skill is at level 30, but the max skill level allowed is 25.
Are you saying that my Taijutsu group skills will be ENTIRELY ineffective, and won't be capped at 25? :O

no your 30 level will stay were it is... When The GROUP YOU JOINED skill level choice becomes higher then you will no longer have the old skills because your skills have gotten better in the new group... TRUST ME ITS A GOOD THING NOT A BAD THING on you :)

No, to join you need to be accepted by either Leader or Senior.

Don't think so, never heard of groups being deleted, it will just fall low in ranking and no one will know it exists.
