Until your new group levels up to the level of your previous group, your group skills will be ineffective.
Example: If my highest group skill is at 30 and I leave and join a group with the max skill level allowed is 25, my skills will be inactive until the group levels up to incorporate level 30 max skills.

So, lets say my Taijutsu skill is at level 30, but the max skill level allowed is 25.
Are you saying that my Taijutsu group skills will be ENTIRELY ineffective, and won't be capped at 25? :O -
