For those talking about skillbooks just bear in mind that Germany is on 4.0 and they only have Gaara and Sasori in addition to the ones we have, just enjoy the game with the ninjas you have and stack on frags if you wish to do so. I'd suggest putting that part of the game aside otherwise it will get more and more frustrating as each week passes by and you'll enjoy the game less as a result.
