Have they been added to ti yet? been seeing the same line of info about them in 2.0&3.0. Yet nobody i know has encountered them?

This comment doesnt refer to obtainable ninja.


I am at brothers ti obviously lol. If you read the info for ti's it states theres a chance to encounter elite ninja after the fight. Yet nobody has ever encountered 1 to my knowledge. So if it does exist why nobody encounter, and if it doesnt why does the info remain visible all this time >_>
