Again, based on the anime NO ONE in under any cir*stances can avoid Minatos Tag, even after death and even after all those years Obito(Tobi) was still tagged, obviously having people tagged from last battle you had with them would be dumb broken, but i dont think im asking for too much if I'm asking for it to just pierce that immunity.

You are right about minato tag, the point is that the debuff effect that's implemented in the game and that many ninjas apply is not minato tag, but just another thing that simply have the same name. (Where in the anime minato tag reduced defense and resistance?)
