Can someone explain what immobile is in full detail?

Um, I don't know about full detail, but I'm pretty sure it prevents the affected ninja from doing combos and sets characters like Ino up for certain jutsu.

I was just asking because I heard that immobile prevents standard and mystery attacks, but whenever I land a crit while neurotoxin is active on water main it seems that the ninja can still move

Immobile is simply a Stun. You can check it yourself if you want to, in game simply go: Ninja > Train > Create Status > Stun. And you'll see that almost all of the Ninjas that appear there Create Immobile.

As far as I've seen, a person in immobile status cannot move. It cannot use a standard attack, a mystery attack or a combo attack. What I don't know is if it's passives are inactive for the round too, i.e. if Ino is immobile, can she still substitute out of an attack?

Not a great answer, but hope it sheds a bit of light.

Tezu: now, I'd like to say that'd be obvious, but if it really were obvious that people who I just SET ON FIRE shouldn't be able to do jutsu either. So.

Thank you all! No matter what it does, I now know it's worth it to upgrade Shikamaru, at least for Ranked Battle/Survival Trial. ^_^
