It's possible, you haven't spent nearly enough for it to happen.

I'd say it would be possible, as there is no reason why it isn't.

However, I doubt there is a procedure in place, which means everything would have to be done manually in very clunky ways.

This would mean that unless you can motivate them with a ton of money, they aren't going to do it for you. And 1.2k is not going to be enough for something like that, at least not as a form of "already spent". If you paid 1.2k for the service, they might do it. Because without a procedure in place, it will require 1-3 days of work and require both server to be put into maintenance probably (granted, they could do it on maintenance day so there won't be extra downtime for the server, but there might not be enough time to finish the procedure in that amount of time. Thou do note the 1-3 day estimate includes estimation and planning, so the amount of in-maintenance time won't be quite that long, I'd still expect 3-6 hours thou)
