Your group needs to collect 100 to get a group summon. Afterwards the fragments can be used to exchange for Summon Chakra which will be consumed daily by the Group Summon.

    i dont think we should use those fragments all right? maybe they add a new summon?

You use them automatically as soon as each member claims their reward. It's not bad to have a summon you c*e for the great ninja war as the other groups on your server will have one aswell.
