Naruto and Iruka is actually a solid combo in theory. Iruka being there negates one of Naruto's biggest weaknesses: the fact that his clones are like paper and can be killed with something as weak as a Kidomaru mystery. Iruka's shields make them surprisingly more healthy on turn 1.

However, this team still has a big weakness, which is its lack of combos. Naruto has no chases and Iruka has a 10-combo chase. and both of them create Low Float which is kind of awkward.

I don't know enough about this topic to give you a surefire team, but I can recommend you to get rid of Kankuro and replace him with someone who chases low float. Alternatively you could have your Breeze Dancer's chase be Low Float to High Float, and then get 3* Sasuke and replace him with Kankuro... maybe?
