IMHO, maybe oasis need our vote or need players agree or not if publish new characters in this game

Oasis are just the publishers. They can't actually add anything new.
They CAN, however, contact the original developers of the game in China and provide ideas from us, effectively acting as middlemen or ambassadors of sorts. Why they don't do that, I have absolutely no idea.

Oasis only does translating and proofreading the sc
ript, balancing, and changing the prices around. They can't actually add any new content. We can push for them to suggest something, but that's it pretty much.
I honestly hate our spot in this situation tho, but we're still all stuck here so...
agreed.. we need improve this game becoming better quality
