are you strengthening? because it seems like you need to do that

Either increase stars or switch out your ninja for three + stars. I personally wish I had 3 star Naruto; his teamwork/clones make fighting him pretty hard. I'd also take another healer like Kurenai. Kabuto, or Karin over Sakura.

1. Kurenai can shield + heal
2. Kabuto heals twice and has (weak, but useful)clones
3. Karin has that poison cloud and works well with Team Hebi members

So... just take advantage of Zabuza, upgrade Naruto, switch you medic - those are my tips.

Also, about strengthening - upgrading equipment and group skills are two things that push power way up. Simple strengthening (with coins) is useful until you're at a higher level, at which point I don't really think it's worth it as much. At least it's lower priority.

OKay. I now have a Kakashi 3 star. And yea, i dont have group skills yet. huhuhu thanks. Ill be working on it now. How about ninja tools? on what level can i wear em or get them? Thanks!

Kakashi is great for combos/spamming if you can keep him alive. For ninja tools, the only way I know of to get them is through group instances (Battle on the Bridge for 30+, but a good level 40 team can take it alone). You get three prizes per day, either sword, mask, necklace, "parts" (whatever that means), and mask up until at least level 53. They apply to your whole team and increase attributes and resistance. You can upgrade them by strengthening with either equal-type or lesser-type tools. I'd suggest taking advantage of group instances because there's really nothing to lose, and you make friends too.

River I use hinata, Kakashi and Gai, replace Gai with Curse sealed sasuke try that

Gai's leech is great but he's really squishy, and people always target him. Cursed Seal Sasuke is squishy too but he combos well with the Haku/Zabuza/fire main team I had early on. Throw Hinata out in front and use her 1-round block move when her chakra is low.
