i have 2 players with lv3 refine still and one equipment lv3 refine on another character but the rest are 4 and one with all 4.
should i take basic refine runes for the refine rebate? i have 45 basic and 90 medium.
how much would i need to not use the basic anymore? go till i have 100 basic?
dont buy the basic from monthly event, get them from gnw packs and ranked shop, along with whatever free pops up elsewhere. you needs lots of medium refines/threads so work on those. if ur the type to need new ninjas to have fun then get the seal scrolls as well, i skipped them until i finished the power items, so its personal preference whether u want to be stronger or have ninjas.
