1＃ Go ToI can release my sasuke's mystery 1st n his sasuke 2nd but why my sasuke got 3 round cd? It should be 1 cd. Thanks.

I am not 100% sure I understand what you wrote, but after you use sasuke skill first, it will erect a barrier.
And as the skill description says, when you have the barrier set up, you c*e his Kirin lighting attack. Usually the next turn (so you have 1 turn cd), except when it gets pushed back for the beginning of the next turn, when you c*e it in the same round.
But if the enemy Sasuke uses his barrier before you used your Kirin attack, then it will overwrite your barrier, (only 1 can be active no matter what)and you cant do the attack anymore. So should i lower his initiative? What happens if my Sasuke still attacking first. I mean if they both have 0 initiative. -

Initiative still secondary, depend on which position his sasuke too.
Dinara is right, just wait for him to use his skill first, or if its ranked, just leave him on position 4.
And first attack have advantages, but you will never attack first, if your sasuke barrier gets canceled. -

Yap had no choice. But in ranked battle my sasuke still faster even i put him at 4th move :Q -
