The only way to play him is with mb's tag and the tag dissapears after the first time you hit the tagged person. His next 3 attacks are completely random and unless theres a tagged person he wont do dmg. The only time you can 1shot with him si when the healers are not playing health mood and sailor sakura is not a target for that since she will heal half of the dmg. The only time he shines is with ppl around 5-10k lower power than you but when it comes to that every team shines. He wasnt good before jinchurikis and he isnt good now with all the healer teams either. The only use of him is to show off in matsuri or use him for transformation and even that he looks just like a freaking wood trunk. How do i know all of the above? Because this

About who is better, currently 3rd raikage is a lot better than 4th one, that's why 4th got breaktroughs in china, because is right now both worse than sasuke susanoo and 3rd raikage.

Im at 85k power. like i said before that patch is 2-3 years in the future. no point in talking about now and not to mention those breakthrus and skills are going to be super expensive since these are SR ninjas. 3rd raikage is good but the 4th not. for around 200 scrolls hes a good catch.

im f2p and all this talk about skillbreaks for super rare ninjas is not really appealing even if they're superstrong since I have no way of getting those skill books. So should I just do 3rd raikage treasure or even just save up for link treasure?

I suggest saving up for GNW treasure. 1000 scrolls to either get naruto kurama mode or madara (which both is god tier BTW)

You got them switched up, Naruto Kurama is the mediocre one who is on the bench in all top players teams in China. Madara is used alot by the top players.

3 years for that? CN got their 3rd year anniv this year. We got 1st and they already have Ay skillbooks for quite some time. Thus .. it will come here sooner than in 2 years. Also we are getting patches very fast atm. We will soon have 4.0 with main talent changes, Ay 3rd treasure etc. It was not supposed to come yet. Not for months. We will get Ay books, GNW treasure and all the fancy stuff before 2nd anniversary imho.
