1). Decide who suits your playstyle more.
2).) Ask yourself if the risk is worth it banking all your seals on sasuke and not pulling him. Would you be happy with the 4th Raikage?. (This also heavily depends on the amount of seals you've already invested)
I cant speak on effectiveness seeing how I have neither of these ninjas. I will say though from experience of fighting against both I fear raikage lineups a bit more at the moment. Even seeing him in space time almost 1 shotting any ninja is pretty ridiculous(same bp). Sasuke on the other hand is still very much effective in pvp but there are plenty of ways to shut him down. At this stage of the game he no longer has dominance. But answer those 2 questions above and decide for yourself on who you would like to add to your roster.

Note: Sorry，the post does not exist or has been deletedUpon the 3rd's initial release he actually outshines the 4th on every level. Whether its damage or tankiness the 3rd has the upperhand. There are ways to maximize his damage potential round 1 and going into round 2 (with samui's passive alone). The 4th doesn't become viable until his skillbreaks. Like you said though, CN me
ta does use the 4th more due to his breaks. Currently in our version he is much easier to shut down the 4th and if he does get shut down he's almost useless. The 3rd will be more ideal initially but in the longrun depending on if and when or if we get the skillbreaks, the 4th will be a force to reckon with.

Saying Ay is better than S Saske is like saying like grass is tastier than meat. Ay is absolutely * atm and Saske is like a god so you clearly dont know what youre saying. I dont know what power you have but above teh 60k he cant one shot for meanwhile saske ult absolutely destroys a backrow considering the ulti only crits and does repulse damage. Even blitz teams are better than any possible ay team you might come up with.
1.I should've clarified I guess since I was referring to the 3rd not the 4th
2. Ay the 3rd can one shot people if you have the proper comp and chakra overflow.
3. Come to think of it. No where in my post did I state was one better than the other. Assumptions Assumptions. I personally said that I fear Raikage lineups. The 3rd that is.
3. If you read my post after the one you responded to you would've seen that I stated that the 4th Raikage wont be viable again for some time.
4. Sasuke is far from a God in pvp. Is he still strong? Sure, but no longer god like due to the influx of new ninjas that outclass him. He is in a better place than the 4th Raikage but not as overpowering as he used to be. I honestly can't even recall the last time I fought a Susanoo Sasuke.

I'm leaning towards susanoo sasuke/4th raikage since we I mean pretty close, and I have a lot of seals saved, but I don't want to buy him if he becomes irrelevant very soon
I have the 4th Raikage, and he isn't useful at the moment. You would get more use out of Sasuke though for a while if you manage to pull him. He isn't as strong as he used to be but still a decent ninja in overall. Even with the 4th being irrelevant and Sasuke not tearing up the fields like he used to, either one is a good investment simply because of how the game evolves in the future. Sasuke and Raikage become God tier again with skillbreaks. Since you are in most cases, halfway there, then I would * with pulling in Kage. I think there's a good 2 months or a little longer until we see the cloud treasure. That should be a feasible amount of time to pulling either depending on the current amount of seals you have and working towards pulling in the cloud treasure if you choose to.

Look you people since everyone is saying things about him without owning him. He absolutely * atm. The only way to play him is with mb's tag and the tag dissapears after the first time you hit the tagged person. His next 3 attacks are completely random and unless theres a tagged person he wont do dmg. The only time you can 1shot with him si when the healers are not playing health mood and sailor sakura is not a target for that since she will heal half of the dmg. The only time he shines is with ppl around 5-10k lower power than you but when it comes to that every team shines. He wasnt good before jinchurikis and he isnt good now with all the healer teams either. The only use of him is to show off in matsuri or use him for transformation and even that he looks just like a freaking wood trunk. How do i know all of the above? Because this
Nobody has been referring to the 4th Raikage as being good. We've all been discussing the 3rd and his ability to take out teams. Defending an argument nobody is having with you lmao

With him, Samui and Darui, I'm seeing n alternative lightning main me
ta that basically wrecks everything else in their path.. Might not be too effective against Han teams.
They would still do well against Han. Remember that han would only remove Samui's 30% buff and shield. They would still thrive off of Daruis barrier and A's own chakra overflow passive. He's a good ninja for any MB player or any player to pick up honestly.
