Sasuke might be God against B and A class ninjas but when it comes to A+ and S he is now-where as good and let alone be ''godly'', I personally have beaten many S sasuke teams in arena with minato hokage of all super rares. I have stated this before and I will state it again Susano sasukes biggest weakness is his inability to be immune to debuffs, therefore he can be immobilized acupunctured inturrupted and even *ed poison/ignition teams can kill him because most of the ninjas used in those teams are either Decked out like rambo with posions ignitions immobiles (Hanzo) or they scale with damage like roshi and Sailor sakura.
That's why you use him in swordsman teams with root of warrior, and voilla, he is God tier again. And maybe also use Warrior's Killing Intent so he can do mystery every round even if he kills a single clone. That's better than Minato already imo.

you are acting like sasuke is that really rare ninja that maybe 4 people have and 20 fought against. he isnt a rare ninja anymore almost everyone who spends a little bit got him and most people who have him dont use him because he is average. you want to know why he is average because without buffs he is just like any other random AOE ninja with the exception that he cant be comboed his damage is meh his chases a meh and his standard is meh.
Maybe if they made his amaterasu chase not be dispersed by healers like in the anime he'd be better

To answer the main question of this thread, Kage Treasure is about 1000 scrolls for a super rare (some people pulled 1200 and didn't receive neither Sus' Sasuke or Ay) and you might not get Susanoo Sasuke, that's a lot of time for 1000 scrolls and you need a solid team during that wait.
Both Susanoo Sasuke and Ay fourth are not that good until skillbreaks come. You'd think them costing so much they'd at least be able to beat cancer teams (that are also very cheap compared to them) but they lose badly so... not worth.
Better go for 210 scrolls in Cloud Treasure for Ay 3rd Raikage and also get the whole me
ta team for him in the same exact treasure (maybe try to get Darui from kage), and then save scrolls for GNW Treasure since GNW super rares are good even without skillbreaks or skillbooks w/e. But, as I hear the only ninjas outside of super rares in GNW Treasure that are good are Kushimaru and Jinpachi.
