Not sure where you got 100 coupons from but you an an item that looks like a yellow vile for skill breaking purposes. You can get the item from the group shop. You also need another item to protect the skills you want, which does cost coupons but cost less than 100 coupons. This information is from China of course so it may or may not change for when we are able to skill break skills.
