1＃ Go To4th Raikage kicks anybodys ass in china as he gets skill broken . In the vids he fight some of the me
ta ninjas and still rekt the opposition. The damage is insane and with his mystery getting back everytime you really need this ninja. Though he is very hard to get as a f2p 
. The only other ninjas who are as strong as him are minato hokage (in china he is god tier because not only does he increase his combo rate with each standard but atk also ) ,and madara five kage summit (the new tobi/obito). There are more ninjas who are counter if used properly like shisui , edo tobirama etc.Hope you enjoyed the vid and like and sub to my channel.

Its up to you can get him 750 seals if you're lucky probably some frags from events to break him. To be honest naruto kurama cloak who is 1000 doesn't stand a chance.

Man I really want 4th raikage and I CAN save up the seals for him without too much trouble but I always stop when I think about the 50/50 drop of S sasuke (I do not want that edge-lord anywhere near me), also if you right click on sasuke name the dictionary corrects it to ''sap*er''
ahem sorry to intrude but if youre really worried bout that 50 - 50 ratio youre a overthinking a lil
the thing is both the kage super rares means sasuke and raikage both are op as fvck when skillbroken
sasuke is God when it comes to decisive bonds, GNw , rescue jinchuriki , ranked , SA etc and can aslo be easily used in fights as well
Raikage on the other hand is like one vs one pvp master where he just sweeps the opp before the opponent can even react.....................
In a way both are equally hard to obtain as f2p but still if youre p2w you should go for them.....
