if i was you i would wait to pull him in sage treasure that way you will have a better chance to get sage naruto to 4star with the frag's you already have.if you get the farg's and recruit him then pull him in sage you will only get 20 frag's for his dupe.but if you hold on to the frags and pull him in sgae you will have him 3star then you c*e what ever frag's you get to make him 4star.but it's all up to you hope it help's
