You can draw in the seal treasure 400 times (Which any sane person would never recommend) or you can get fragments from events. She will typically cost around 3k-5k from events, it's a lot however you'll get a lot of different items depending on the event. The events she is in will normally give you some points and you can get her without spending anything but that will take a few months.

I got her from a free pull, but it took a while. The combos are totally worth it though!

She's still considered a super rare? Thought that got changed already..

I got her on S1 which is a server I started 4 months ago. With pulling the treasure every 2 days, lets say there was 30 days each of those months with 120 days total. Then divide that by half. So I got her at about 60 pulls.

She's a normal rare in seal treasure, there was a time on my server that people were pulling her left and right. You c*so piece her over time in survival trial from breakthrough cards or as a random fragment drop in other treasures (no idea which though, I never paid any attention to that ninja). She's also pretty often used as a filler ninja in events, like 10point redeemable in lucky board, because her only use is basically hanzo sa(which u can do without her). She scales badly and have no skillbooks so far in china, so theres literally no reason to use her, except having her for collection purposes or using her to make a crazy high combo for some reason.

I have never obtained a frag from her in a card every time she was in the trial vault.
