By that I mean, Hinata loses her hp lost count, and curse mark ninjas lose their stacks of whatever stack had been boosted. So why doesn't Tobi get his passive reset? Reply

Because it says maximum 1 TIME PER ROUND.

I can read. Other passives based on stacks don't mention said stacks being lost on rezzing. If passives reset on death/rez than that 1 time per round counter should reset to 0, and then activate again.

Also, it does say once per round. There are usually more than 1 round in a battle.

tobis res is bugged, it says once per round, but ive seen him die and res in one round, then a new round comes he dies and then just runs away with no res.

It's not bug but typo. It should say once per match. We will fix it asap.
